It holds licenses No. 1, 2, 4, 5, and 9, which were awarded by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. We provide private securities investment fund management services. We were established on February 6, 2016, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Additionally, we were registered with the Asset Management Association of China on January 20, 2020. We currently have 6 funds under management, with a management scale of 300 million yuan.
